After your installation appointment, we provide you with key 

care and maintenance information 
that gives you the best tips on how to properly take care of your natural hair along with your new Mermaid hair--which will allow longevity to your hair extensions!  

 

As with all hair extension services, there is NO REFUND due to the nature of hair extensions. 

The hair CANNOT be returned to the manufacturer due to Canadian Health Regulations.  

The hair cannot and will not be used on another client. 

If your service was not done as per the understanding prior to the installation, we are happy to redo
(not undo) the unsatisfactory portion of the service free within a 2 week period

(14 days) after your installation.
  
 

Why do we ask for a Deposit? 

The deposit is for materials that are required for your appointment and also goes towards the purchase of the hair extensions from suppliers that have a no refund policy.

Normal wear, altered work, custom work or changes from the technical norm requested by the client are not warranted.

Mermaid Hair Extensions does not warranty any hair extensions that have been altered with as like all extensions, chemicals have been used in the processing of making the hair extensions.
